Senator Obama did supprt Rev Wright's words and ministry. He sat there for 20 years. Righthand, Fox news has consistently been selected as the most fair and balanced of all the major news networks. They happen to be far and away the most watched cable news network in America. Americans aren't idiots. They know bias when they see it. Witness the drop in ratings over at NBC.

You can't blame people for wanting a network that caters to their sense of patriotism, regardless of the truth.

And in the Reverend throw down, McCain knows that the GOP loses hands down.

SS - I have never heard Fox News being called fair and balanced, except from their own lips (and now yours).

As to "far and away the most watched" - CNN beat them for an entire quarter, during Q1, for the first time, while MSNBC gained by 68%. Fox is the stepchild of the Bush years. When Republicans are in the news, Fox grows. When they aren't, not so much. What's that tell you?
