The browser can be added with or without the security features, or ad blockers, and anti phishing tools turned on or off. But, you'll have to investigate that on your own. People with IE 6 have less. Likewise, addons aren't for everyone. But, it is good to know that some addons have actually been tested on a newly released full version browser so early on. It's kinda refreshing .... OKAY.
