And I hate to break it to you, but the Congressional Research Service reviewed HR 3200 and concluded that there is nothing preventing illegal aliens from participating in the exchange which includes the public option. They also concluded that there was nothing to prevent them from getting "affordability credits" towards the purchase of private insurance regardless of what the bill says.
