Great visualization. To bad people don't get it. They think they are going to get something for nothing. People think medicare has great coverage and it is free. Think again. The premium is deducted from your check and the coverage is minimum which means that you need to get a supplemental policy (private insurance). The combined cost is about the same as private insurance coverage, it is manditory, and you don't have any say in the coverage. Take it or leave it. I had a health issue several weeks ago, before Easter, that turned out to be nothing. It went kind like this... 9:00am called my doctor to see if he could take me.. Yes 10:30 am appt - he thought I should see a specialist, so I had to wait in one of those rooms for a whole 20 minutes for him to make me an appointment with the specialist ( This was on a Good Friday!!!) 12:30 am appt with the specialist...I was pissed because I had to wait until 12:45. Specialist said, no worries, just to be on safe side.. scheduled an ultrasound for about 2:00. Went to the ultrasound...I was pissed because we were having tornado warnings that day and they were running behind schedule. Ultrasound over about... Not only is US Healthcare the best in the world, everything else is barbaric in comparison. |
