I think the biggest "change" Obama brings is a change of attitude. Some positions may be the same as other candidates', but the way he gets there is hugely different.
Two things especially excite me:
1) foreign policy: the world is clamoring for an American leader who seeks world peace rather than American domination
2) bottom-up leadership at home: listening to all sides can create solutions that are better than battling one group into temporary submission.
