Because the plan was so good the attention is still on the passengers that ran away. I wonder if they were popular, and how long their workmates took to get their bonuses. The robber didn't steal them as much as the passengers let him get away.

The thief also exploited the passengers' customary trust in authority figures; a trust that was intensified when faced with a threat to their lives. Governments have mastered this form of societal control, taking it to the heights of legend after 9/11 in this country.
