If I'm for real democracy; justice; freedom of speech; freedom of travel; truth; true and fair election and media; you know all those things that the USA had or was believed to have, then does that tag me as left wing? I know that nothing will never change the dedicated zealots, some of dubious nationality. They've never needed their intellect and it's too late to start now.

I would hope to enlighten a little those who perceive America through rose tinted glasses as to some of the real truths of their country. Your remark about each country maturing at its own rate is so true. Why do the neoCons require this rate to be uniform when the evidence from the USA under Bush it that it's in a reverse direction.

Why mess themselves up with wars for oil and weapon-sales....and the death of youths on battle-fields... and the curses of their mothers, wives and children left behind...
