Fighting for turf. Street vending is a tough way to go.

Why on earth would a hotdog vendor threaten someone selling cupcakes. They are such different products. What if I wanted a hotdog for lunch and a cupcake for dessert. To have two such vendors next to each other would be so nice.

I dunno Tany. Maybe they are afraid ppl would rather eat the cupcake than the hot dog or vice versa.

Ignorance manifests itself in many ways.

Competition, jealousy, etc. are wasted emotions that at times seem to control peoples better judgment. If I was selling hot-dogs I would sent my customers to the cupcake vendor for desert. Work together, not against one another and you get more done and accomplished. But that is not the way it always works out. We also see the same thing happen in the political arena, don't we?
