There's too much here - combined together is William Ayers, a domestic terrorist who didn't believe he didn't go far enough, and Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi a founder of AAAN, who also held a fundraiser for Obama. Khalidi is a harsh critic of Israel, has made statements supportive of Palestinian terror and reportedly has worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization while it was involved in anti-Western terrorism and was labeled by the State Department as a terror group. Where does Obama's association with terrorism end?

Ayers is a highly respected educator who recently helped redesign Chicago's public education system. He's had no connections with violence for nearly forty years.

He gave $200 to an early Obama campaign. As did hundreds of others. And they served on a charitable board - anyone who has done this knows you see the others a few times a year and barely know them.

The Nakba is an important historical element of the Middle East crisis; ignorance of it doesn't help us. Hundreds of thousands of people lost their homes and farms, some of which had been in their families for generations.

As far as being a strong critic of Israel, lots of Israelis are more voc...
