There is great wisdom in Saniora's statement "peace in the Middle East would offer a gateway to reconciliation with the Muslim world during these times of increased divisiveness and radicalism". It is encouraging to hear from him that Arabs want to live in peace with Israel, not wipe them off the map.

Actually I think probably most others think that way in reality. However such is the sorry state of damn near everything in their own nations that it is a necessary ( in their view) distraction to keep beating the anti-Israeli drum or else their own citizens just might revolt.

This is NOT an apology for Israeli injustices.
