A Narnia-like battle has erupted over a domain name that one party argues will leave an 11-year-old child without a birthday present thanks to greedy, powerful rightsholders. Rowling for instance, is worth more than the Queen of England and fought off simliar battles for Potter registered names that so-called 'fans' registered. It has nothing to do with taking away from as it is giving back to the creator of the famed name in the first place.

If the little girl in question had coined the name years before C.S. Lewis, she might have had a case. Don't try to take something from someone that YOU didn't create, it's not yours.
