Work on mass transit and infra-structure, put people to work, America has forgotten how to do physical labor, everything is not at the push of a button. Corporations have been deregulated, allow to run rampant over consumers and labor because of greedy stock holders, ceo's, and politicians that massive down-sizing may be the only answer, I wish the problem was easier, or there is a better solution, peoples input would be great.
