I would change that. Both are RIGHT. We must trust in the man we elected, but we must be cynics as well, to help keep him and the adminstration honest.

In these days, it costs people little or nothing to send an email, so you should be emailing your representatives in government regularly, and let them know what you want. Even if they don't do what you ask, you have no right to bitch about it unless you've taken the step to let your voice be heard. If the public doesn't let their congressmen and senators (and president) know what they want, then the only voices they will hear will be their fellow politicians, and lobbyists.

They are your employees. Be the boss! Tell them what they need to do!
