Fracture

Over my life, I've had my tonsils out, dozens of stitches, emergency knee surgery, CAT scans, an ERCP for pancreatitis, and my gall-bladder removed. I've never seen one scrap of paperwork or any bills. Oh, Canada!

Yet that same country (Canada) awards over 10k in damages to a would-be-robber who was treatly roughly and lost a tooth when he was tackled by security for shoplifting.
