I would assume they were off the old batteries, but take care, try to prise them off first with a knife or screwdriver 1st, if not most (good) electronics stores should stock them, if not ebay has a wide array of electronic components.

Thanks Info, I don't actually have a laptop, but if i ever get one.... I imagine you could do that technique for other things as well though.
