Sometimes the best cure for an overactive child is good hard work not drugs. We are a drug addicted society, we take drugs to go to sleep, to wake up, to keep it up, to end life, to prolong life, to make life easier, to make us happy and the list goes on and on.

I have kids with ADHD. We use Magnesium, Acidophilus and Omega 3 and they really do work well.
