Unfortunately baby rape is not uncommon in South Africa, a country that is disintegrating at a rapid rate.

From another clip:

In South Africa people have struggled to dispel the belief that raping a baby helps prevent or cure HIV/Aids -

Bignosemousie, someone JUST told me that baby rape is not uncommon due to the fear of AIDS. How fortunate to be confirmed that that seems to be the case. Thank you.

Of course...it now has me wondering...You mean men lack such control of their genitals they seriously cannot help but to rape a baby?

My Mimi would have said, "Stick it in a knothole."

Maybe on a serious note.
Perhaps this kind of superstition could be the ideal problem for sophisticated government psych ops.
Send them into areas where you have a very negative community behavior, and work your propaganda magic to lure people into adopting to a harmless diversion thus sparing victims, in this case near babies.
The diversion would have to be better than a knot hole though.Yuk

Living in this country is not for the faint of heart. Rape and murder are the order of the day and that's why over a million white South Africans have already fled the country and the rest of us are ransacking our ancestry in the hopes of claiming a foreign passport. Having done a census a few years ago amongst my friends and acquaintances, I discovered only two of us have reached adulthood ...

Update: The suspect has been arrested.

Cape Town - A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with the rape and murder of a two-year-old girl in Cape Town, police said on Saturday.
Police named the girl as Randaline Fortune from Valhalla Park.
"A 30-year-old man was arrested by the Bishop Lavis police this morning (Saturday) at about 11:30 in the Cape Town Airport industrial area," said police spokesperson Billy Jones.
Jones said that the girl's mother had gone to work at a nearby spaza-shop on Thursday and had left the child in the care ...
