36 States are expected to have shortages in 5 Years. There is talk of 'plans.', with the conclusion that water will be expensive. Now wouldn't it be good to have shares in a water company. I'm sure it will be illegal to use tanks, or any water sources that are not monitored by official channels. I would not trust the water produced by any company today.

This is very serious. Some communities are running out of water. Our area is about 28" under normal rainfall. If this continues through next year we will be in dire conditions.
