I agree. But what's a faith-based program that does not require faith to be a part of? Ans: a way to disseminate funds where socially needed without proselytizing for religion.

I must say, I applaud the guts to say it to a prayer group during the announcement, and I applaud the philosophy of separation as our founding fathers envisioned.

I'd say that's a good turn of events.
