He also stated that care should be reserved for the non-disabled.  In another article published in Lancet., Emmanual states “….Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not individuous discrimination. ”  As someone else on this blog noted, Dr. Emmanual also implied that lives of patients who have Dementia may not be worth extending.
