Low tar cigarettes are just full tar with holes in the butts. people learn to smoke with their fingers over the holes.
I think there are smokers, non smokers, and ex smokers. Everything else is window dressing. What would a senator be able to tell a smoker they didn't know. Seems like a case of trying to find the answer to something that people have already made their minds up on, right or wrong. How many smokers are going to take the opinion of a senator seriously. They need Pharmacologists with answers, not politicians.
