I am not an expert of "arms race" but I have to give a tum up to science. Imagine how difficult is it to hit a satellite coming to you at 17500 miles an hour.i wouldn't be able to hit a car from 10 yards , not to say 133 miles away.

I always wonder what is people doing in Midway island
( thousand of miles of nowhere) except scuba diving and living.They have waited a long long time for anything to happen and when it happens it scared the daylight out of them. LOL
