This web service is the brainchild of the same people who launched Rasasa, the RSS-to-IM/SMS/Email service that has gained so much exposure with top bloggers over the last couple of weeks. The founders are very secretive about the feature set. Let's post here what we find out about it.
While writing an article for http://www.cleverclogs.org about another service by Alex Bosworth, I thought I'd quickly check out what's new with his LiveMarks service. And there Hincliffe's article (http://web2.wsj2.com/the_best_web_20_software_of_2005.htm) was listed as #1. You may know that Clipmarks is mentioned above the fold in his article.

The innovative aspect of this validator is that anyone can determine against which rules a site is validated by bookmarking the Web 2.0 Validator url on del.icio.us and providing formatted instructions in the Notes field. This is an outstanding piece of work and very well documented.
