Make DarrenTooCool a Guide: follow clipper
About me
An active blogger and net-head since the late 90's, I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to make my world more efficient, exciting and robust.
Why I use Clipmarks
Usually I have so many tabs I have open in Firefox that I get a little overwhelmed. I figured Clipmarks would be a great place to store those things I find interesting (and I could close my tabs and be free of some anxiety). Clipmarks is a great place to save important sites, and discover new ones.

Clean Word 2007 Docs of unwanted CSS

by DarrenTooCool  12-10-2008
Try as you may, Word will almost always screw-up a "Save as HTML" document with needless MS Office xml in the code. While it is web based, this Word HTML Cleaner works like a charm at removing code bloat from MS Word.

Get Camtasia For Free - Screencasting Software
DarrenTooCool
by DarrenTooCool  11-27-2007
I mentioned yesterday how you could get TechSmith's "SnagIt" for free. Little did I know that Camtasia was free too. Camtasia is a screen recorder, which allows you to make tutorials and record what happens on your screen. Sure these are older versions, but they have plenty of features that folks paid a lot of money for at one time. Go get some!

Actually, I knew what Twitter was, on the surface anyway. I just didn't think I had any use for it, since I never text message. But this article laid it all out in terms I can understand. So, I am creating an account today. How about you? Do you Twitter?

The Web Design Weblog by Meryl Evans

Meryl Evans produces a great daily blog of links, tips and news for web developers. I read it daily, and even though there isn't an RSS feed, I think it is worth the effort to visit the site. (it is one Firefox tab I leave open always). I first became aware of Meryl when she joined the Lockergnome staff, and have always found her contributions to be top quality. This site is no exception.
