POPSRemember the forgotten hero who saved the world Apparently this kind of thing has happened more than once. What scares me is that the technology that "monitored" nuclear weapon launches and actually controlled launchers could easily fit in a button today... I still remember that rumor that the default code for the missle silos was "00000" (so as to be easily entered when needed)... I think it was indeed a rumor, but I'm too scared to find out ;)

POPSThe Island of Madness A family recently sought to buy the island and build a holiday home on it but they left the first night there and refused to comment on what happened. The only fact that we do know is that their daughters face was ripped open and required fourteen stitches.
