     This problem has always amazed me. Their can be only a couple of explanations. One would be that the idiots who got us unto this actually believed it would be over by now, which would also suggest that they totally disregarded any advice to the contrary. Or they didn't think anyone would get wounded or maybe they just didn't think it was important enough. The bottom line, why would you not prepare?

     I would like to point out that not all late term abortions have been baned just the Dilation & Extraction (PBA) Procedure (aka partial birth, which by the way is a term first coined by the right to life group.) Doctors may still use what is basically a C section to abort the fetus. This was a purposeful move. The reasoning is the thought of having a major and higher risk medical procedure will frighten some away.
