POPSDotSub Provides Subtitles for web videos If your University is committed to providing accessibility, then take a look at this episode of Rocketboom. The subject is DotSub, a (currently) free website where you can upload and subtitle videos for the hearing impaired. Imagine the lost audience on YouTube alone! This is a great tool, and worth a close look to those considering podcasting lectures and presentations.
