About me
I'm a very strange creature who hatched from an egg which fell out of the sky. Absolutely. I like very interesting things. I also tend to like very boring things, and all kinds of somethings in between.

I really enjoy the sense of community, so please drop me a line with recommendations if you find the time and really don't mind.
Why I use Clipmarks
There is just too much that I don't know. I'm on this perpetual quest to catch up to the world around me. I also happen to believe that the same goes for everyone else.

We're in this together.

You know what the worst part about this is, though? I didn't even see it coming. Either I'm slow or just a genuinely nice person who minds my own business.

I suppose his life and freedom along with it should be consolation enough... But I think the incompetence which drove this case's investigation is priceless.

This is too adorable. Do I really want to know how expensive this is, though? Maybe one day there'll be a DIY-at-home kit. :)

Steven Wiltshire: "Human Camera"
Little Miss Blythe
by Little Miss Blythe  3-9-2007
I've also read that Steven Wiltshire was diagnosed as autistic when he was a child. A comment on another YouTube video (of him drawing a panorama of Rome; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVqRT_kCOLI) reads: "We all see the same things as this guy, but most normal brains immediately dump this info as "not vital". In this way, we can function and interact at a rapid pace. Autistic people interpret massive amounts of detail and hold on to it. It's a curse, in many ways, because just walking out your front door unleashes a tidal wave of stimulus that you can't forget, even if you wanted to. The number of leaves on a branch, how many cracks in the sidewalk, all of it stays with you forever..." -rickyspectacular I'm humbled.
