Born/raised in New York City (dare I say it!, in 1954). Wound-up in NYU and the Manhattan School of Music: studied classical/jazz piano; taught composition. Ballet, Opera and Literature are the passions which influence me and my piano playing as I stroll and stumble through life. But my wife thinks I'm romantic...maybe she's delusional.
