     Three times as much funding for religious schools and supporting the idea of Creationism to supplant evolution.     POPS    "No Child Left Behind" = Dumb Children

     When will people learn that you cannot Cannot CANNOT legislate equality? 'No Child Left Behind' is about trying to force a status quo in people that are greatly different in abilities. Now we have budget stretched education systems wasting resources on teaching kids how to pass tests rather than actually learning and enjoying education. Face it, some kids simply are below average. Parents should be made aware and should make the effort to get these kids extra help. Forcing brighter and more advanced kids to run at a slower pace so that everyone is "given a fair chance" is just wrong. This nation has seriously damaged the educational value of at least one generation - how long is it going to be left to continue?
