POPSParis Hilton out of prison for medical reasons All that I can say is..... Unbelievable. If she really did have a VALID medical condition, it would have kept her out of jail in the first place. So much for ".. and justice for all" on an equal level. The perks of the "aristocracy"... If Paris were a young black male from the south side of Chicago, the jail sentence would have stood at the original sentence. disclaimer: I am not a young black male from the south side of Chicago, nor am I a communist, marxist, or any other political "-ist".
