I grew up typing away at a TRS-80, then a Timex Sinclair and finally I graduated High School on an Atari 800. I still have one (although not my original one). I had a fleeting flirtation with a Macintosh during college. I ran a BBS on a newer gen Atari but the model number escapes me now. Once I got a real job, I fell under the spell of IBM and it's been PCs, PalmPilots, TiVos and XBOXes ever since.

I quit my job in 2003 to volunteer full-time for Dean for America. I stayed in the political campaigning arena (working on local elections) and had some database consulting gigs on the side through most of 2005.

I returned to my main bread and butter career which pays the ISP bill. =)

It's like dog-earing web pages but without the dirty looks from librarians at the book return desk.
