It's a very haunting video of the 9/11 attacks, and brings it all home as to just how horrible they are. Regardless of your views of 9/11, this video will definitely move you, and make you feel for the people who died on that tragic day.

POPSHUGE hole in lake, very eerie When I first saw this I about dropped. After researching it further I found it is the "Glory Hole" at Lake Berreyessa in CA. They have this man made drain to help alleviate excess water from the dam. Still pretty freaky to watch it though!.

POPSClipmarks encourages censorship? I thought I might share some tidbits I have learned about censorship here on Clipmarks. Many of know (or maybe not) that you can 'block' comments by other clip users on your clipmarks. While this may be a tool, it appears it only supports those who would mis-use it. Anyone with an opposing opinion can be silenced if the clipper doesnt want others to see anyones comments but those they agree with. I'm ashamed of Clipmarks for allowing this 'tool' to be so easily misused, without any administrative or moderator based decision. So much for the open exchange of free thought and viewpoints.

POPSSurprising Activity Discovered at Yellowstone Supervolcano What the researchers think is happening, on a short-term basis at least, is that the bulging Yellowstone hotspot north of the Tetons is pushing against the north edge of Jackson Hole and jamming it against the mountains. (This is also causing the southwest part of the Yellowstone plateau, under the hotspot, to slide downhill at a rate of one-sixth of an inch each year.).

POPSGiuliani flattens temple Obama I mean really. I have NEVER seen this guy so fired -up. He tore the Obamination a new rear end. They won't be able to sit for a week! Next up was VP nominee Sarah Palin and she finished off the pieces of Temple Obama that Rudy didn't obliterate. THE BEST LINE- "Hope, is NOT a strategy!"

POPSDemocrats have done what in 2 years? They can lambast all they want about the 'past 8 years' Truth be told the Democrats have effective control of the house and senate as well as a majority of the governorships in the U.S. since November, 2006. We already know that the 'Speaker of the House' is a sad joke. And Congress actually has as low (if not lower) approval rating than the current president. So, I ask- democrats already have control, now what have you done with it? Nothing. Same as usual.

POPSThe CFL's downside Wow, think I will be a lot more careful with my CFL bulbs in the future. Just wonder what to do when the time comes to replace them. I definitely won't be putting them in a location where they are likely to be broken. This really makes the movement to outlaw incandescent bulbs in some countries look even more insane.
