POPSVets to Gather March 17 to Protect the Wall - Vietnam Vets Momorial in Wash. DC It wasn’t the anti-war message that got their backs up so much as it was the location that activists picked to start a march to the Pentagon - the Vietnam Veterans Memorial - and what happened during an anti-war rally held Jan. 27. On that day, a small group of over-exuberant protesters spray-painted slogans on the Capitol steps. The veterans fear a repeat performance that could damage the memorial, something they say they will not allow. ======================================================= Regardless of what you think of the war in Iraq, or feel about Bush, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT on the other sacred memorials honoring past soldiers.

POPStrying to understand the anti-war movement I'm not sure most of the left, anti Bush and anti War people understand who is pulling their strings. I'm betting they don't really know either. But its way cool to wear a Che Guerra tee-shirt while holding a 'shopped pic of Tony Blair as Hitler, isn't it? Great way to pick up chicks!

POPSBehind the Placards: The communists? I wonder how many of you Anti-War, Anti-Bush, protest everything about America we can think of kind of followers really have an understanding about how you are being duped into doing the bidding of those who simply want to destroy democracy? Before to make a frantic call on your iPhone, why not take a trip down to your town hall and ask to see who got the permits for that rally and who paid for the kool signs and buses to and from the rally point? Surely I can't be right? I must be making this up.
