POPSTRUE CONTENTMENT!!! I believe this analogy, of true contentment in one's life as compared to an animal, is a testiment to our connection to everything around us. We can learn from the animals the trees the rivers, and oceans, All of us are one!!! We are all ENERGY

POPS" "one is never really angry, about what they think they are" I have found in my life's experience that when I am angry, #1. it is always a bi-product of some deeper emotion, usually sadness, hurt feelings, or some other feeling in which touches our egos, in such a way that it almost hurts to acknowledge them. I have also found that the things that really inflame me/enrage me, always have history, if I just take the time to reflect, the outcome is so much more self-empowering. The reason that these small moments can be so powerful for me, is because I have chosen the path of least resistence, and self-knowledge, as well as acceptance of the smashing of my ego, it can be a hard pill to swallow, but it is the only path for me, I don't know may be it comes from having a self-perpetuated hard life, and getting older, THANK GODDESS for getting OLDER !

POPS"Ansestry" where did we come from? On NationalGeografic.com, they have a new technology that assists you in tracing back your ansestry via D.N.A research, that you can do yourself. They have a kit, and it can trace back to the beginnings of your family of orgin. I found this to be of great interest, being an Anthropology major, and I think others would enjoy it too.

POPSLIFE in a nut shell This speaks to much about what I have said in previous clipmarks, especially, the last one on "Intuition". If only we could learn from others experience, I speak to my own kind here. I do believe however that with age comes, (some) of the wisdom to be teachable, teachable to the things in life that really matter. In my case having a life in which was, self-will run riot I embrace age, (late 30's). I am finally able to live in the moment, and slow down enough to see the beauty around me so to speak!

POPSIntuition I feel this speaks to the intuitive side of one's nature. When a given situation arises, where I have to make a choice/decision and it does not immediatley hit me in the gut, (negativley) I usually go with it. I believe that every action we take, (via our choice/decisions) leads us to a bountiful result, providing that we have indeed listened to our instincts, these results might be unseen at this particular time, but all choices play into the integral web of life, that will lead somewhere wonderful, if you just use your imagination, and let your gut be your guide. To summerize every decision is like a drop of water in the big ocean of life.

POPS"Power of Intention"
The power of intention tells us to eliminate the bad, and think on the good, meaning whenever a bad thought comes into your mind, one such as listed, go to your " Happy Place" as one would call it. I myself think daily, (it is part of my morning ritual) of a different so called "Happy Place" it can be someone I would like eminate in the realms of their qualities, such as Mother Theresa, her wonderful, beautiful aspects, or Martin Luther King Jr. his qualities that he brought into this world that were so profound, to make a positive change. Also I will focus on something, in which I wish to ATTRACT, it can be something as small as the lights turning green as I go about my business, or have it be, that the people I have close encounters with this day are of like mind. Another attitude adjuster, or you could call it ( The Law of Attraction) might be, that a teacher will appear, a teacher in which can be of long standing, or one of briefness, that is there to teach me, what I would want

POPSSpirituality the adventure in seeking I have studied many religions, and do not belong to any. I have indeed found tremendous spirituality though. I am open I take what I hear, and if it feels right, if it resonates within my soul then I am inclined to adopt my own version of that train of thinking, I am one of Goddess faith, Mother nature, but I also have faith in say, Christ, whom I feel was a wonderful, loving example of a man I would love to be able to emenate in many ways, but that is perfection, from what I understand, and that ,( since I am human) is impossible. So I say go with your inner voice, your intuitive voice, that calls you, that guides you, if one follows this, I don't think you can fail, as a matter of fact you can't fail. Look at all the beauty around you, the mystery, the miracle of life, the feelings of joy, sadness, the whole human experience, there is something out there( defentley) bigger than us loving, mysterious, and all omnipresent.

POPS" for the love of my children" This is so simple, but profound. If the "Powers that Be", could just think in these terms, as a matter of fact ,if just a 1/3 of the "MASS CONSUMING POPULATION", (as well) could think as simply, live so simply by this VALUE system WOW, we could transform the world.

POPSTap O' The Evenin' with Brad Yates-EFT Brad Yates has 4, (EFT) "Emotional Freedom Techniques" found on u-tube, that are great for relaxation, starting your day off on the right foot, or just just opening-up the chakras, in order for your body to fully integrate, mind, body, and spirit. These techniques (tapping) upon your chakras, are a substitute for acupuncture, or acupreasure, I have been practicing them for quite some time now, with great success. I highly recommend these to anyone who is interested in higher self-awareness.

POPSMEANING In my own personal life I have taken action in the wrong direction, taken action in a total self-destructive manner, therefore I find this statement, to be the simply put TRUTH!

POPSpurity of the Goddess This pict. represents to me the Goddess in her most important role, that of the mother, the nurturer, and pure love, with the wanning moon, and a radiant light of green.

POPSAn Irish Blessing! I am Irish, and find a connection to this quote. I think also it is very simple, and is something I would like to share with my daughter, she is only 4-years old, and she would think it was beautiful!

POPS" We Can Do It" In WWII, women took up their riveters, and hammers and all the former tools that were exclusively used by men only, and kept this Country running, building War Ships, Tankers, and multiple other weapons of self-protection, for the fight against Hitler, and his regime, that was slowly moving their way towards America.
