POPSUK Expands Total Citizen Surveillance The US tends to follow what the UK implements, and under the pretense of a "war on terrorism" the US has been following suit with little lag time. From REAL ID to the security merchandisers total camera surveillance in every state and municipality this fascism is being erected where "free citizens" are tagged, tracked, recorded, and watched like criminal suspects and the "democratic government" separates itself from and above the people. The article details yet even more: Local authorities have since adapted their own CCTV systems to capture licence plates on behalf of police, massively expanding the network of available cameras. Mobile cameras have been installed in patrol cars and unmarked vehicles parked by the side of roads. Police helicopters have been equipped with infrared cameras that can read licence plates from 610 metres (2,000ft).

POPSThe Secrecy of the Feds Cyber Security Program Homeland Security is Homeland Secrecy, for this anti-constitutional agency that is. You are not permitted any privacy about you under this new government. CNet tried to find facts about this internet security program but was thwarted. The more secret a government is the less it is a government by and for the people.

POPSBook Review: ID Crisis, The Abuse and Tyranny of ID Give your Congressmen, governor, and state legislators a gift to restore sanity and liberty against REAL ID and the increasing total surveillance society. Remember the security merchandisers are lobbying them all everyday, selling their products at the expense of your liberty. This, along with the Constitution, is your ammo to fight back. Educate them with hard facts that refutes the effectiveness of ID methods as a means increasing security. Harper is the leading expert on countering ID propaganda.

POPSLawsuit to Counter Spy Bill Promised The constitution is supreme law over all legislation, period. ACLU promises a needed legal challenge. No tyranny permitted even if legislated. A legislative act, contrary to the Constitution, is not law.--Supreme Court Justice John Marshall

POPSSenate Approves Telecom Immunity & Spy Bill Proof the democrats (e.g. Obama) are not safer than the neocon controlled republicans: 4th Amendment trampled, violators now immune. This is not "compromise", but capitulation. For more indepth interview with the Telecom (AT&T) technician and whistleblower who discovered Americans were being spied on, listen to the Democracy Now interview here.

POPSFeds Settle Lawsuit, $5.8 Million for Anthrax "Person of Interest" Huge cover-up in the anthrax case, and the media is to blame for not questioning the motives, story, of the government looking into this man publicly: The statement also blamed journalists for not questioning the motives of the government's statements or its tactics. Now look at the terms in which the government settled this out of court. Why not let it go to trial instead of paying up? The only motive could be to cover-up the truth of what happened and silence his legal allegations: "The United States does not admit to any violation of the Privacy Act and continues to deny all liability in connection with Dr. Hatfill's claims," So the Feds pay the man $5.8 million for nothing? It was not "Islamo Fascists" who wrote "Allah is great" on the anthrax letters...it was a false flag directed at Leahy and Daschle in Congress! See the 9/11 Anthrax Frame Up

POPSAmerica Becoming Land of Surveillance Despite lack of evidence that it is effective, or evidence that proves it is not from UK studies. But the security merchandisers are making a fortune and state and local governments are impulsively spending faster than a woman with a credit card: .P. Freeman said the domestic market for such systems last year had doubled over five years, to $9.2 billion, and estimated that it would more than double again by 2010, to more than $21 billion. You are paying for your loss of liberty, while they profit, which is insult to injury. It's worth wondering how many government officials own stock in security companies, which would be a conflict of interest in that lawmakers also profit through authorizing this spending.

POPSArizona Joins the Revolt, Outlaws REAL ID Next! Liberty is a threatening thing to Homeland Security. If it was really about making drivers licenses secure then the Feds would not care. But it's really about federal power and their matrix of surveillance that they want to construct that is at stake.

POPSAlaska Becomes 9th State to Outlaw REAL ID Tyrannical federal legislation sparked another Civil War against federal despotism, and the states are seceding from REAL ID continually, essentially using the doctrine of Nullification based upon the 10th amendment of the Constitution. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Any state that respects the Constitution and freedom for its citizens will do the same.

POPSChertoff Wants to Israelize US Airport Security Big Brother expansion while he signs an agreement with Israel (can he do that?) to "share technologies". Chertoff holds dual citizenship and is part of the neocon-Israeli fifth column revolutionizing America into a police state. I wonder how much the Israeli companies will profit from this "sharing". By the way, what threat of terrorism? The probabilities are microscopic in comparison to crime or traffic accidents, yet we bow to the most extreme and expensive measures, none of which would stop a real suicidal terrorist? Everyone is treated as suspicious, and we call it "freedom"? But don't worry, you will be treated as well as a Palestinian in your "homeland".

POPSMinnesota REAL ID Showdown: Governor vs Legislature In this very bias article by the newspaper the reader is left with an incorrect impression: Gov. Tim Pawlenty killed a bill to bar national identity card rules, but issued a conciliatory executive order. No, it is entirely dishonest to say the Governor "killed" the bill against REAL ID when they later inform the reader of this fact: A bill prohibiting Minnesota's compliance with the Real ID requirement passed last week by overwhelming veto-proof margins in both the House and the Senate. The Governor cannot "kill" a bill that the legislature can over-ride. This battle is not over, but its clear the governor is playing the sycophant, carefully, for the Dept of Homeland Tyranny: The executive order, he added, "will give us an opportunity to work with our federal partners and state legislators to resolve the valid concerns regarding this program."

POPSFBI Pushes for Internet Dragnet FBI wants to go Big Brother versus the limits of the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution. The excuse includes the doctrine of "preemption", the plea of "necessity".

POPSNAO: Homeland Security Launches New Domestic Spy Program Unbelievable and right in our faces. Brazen domestic spy program launched based upon satellite technology and furthering military involvement in domestic police operations. This is a tyranny matrix, contrary to the 4th amendment of the Constitution, again.

POPSHomeland Security Sued Over ICE Raids ICE=Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The article shows a strong case of searches and seizures without a "warrant issued upon probable cause", as the 4th amendment specifies plainly.

POPSPost-9/11 Memo Shows Disdain for Constitution Bush's "Justice" Dept had written memo claiming that 4th amendment of the Constitution "did not apply". The administration now disavows this position, it claims, yet we see little evidence of their disavowal in regard to civil liberties when it comes to domestic spying, the PATRIOT ACT, REAL ID, or a host of other examples. It was Bush who blurted out that the Constitution is "just a g--damned piece of paper" , when legal challenges were warned of.

POPSPolice Deploy Spy-in-the-Sky UAV in Miami Another spy toy deployed. Military UAVs being used for domestic surveillance? Citizens are suspected enemies it seems as local as well as federal government distances itself further from treating the public as "free" people.

POPSChertoff vs States on REAL ID; South Carolina May Sue Feds Showdown time on REAL ID. The official deadline is May 11th for states to file (beg) for extension from the Dept. of Homeland Tyranny. Montana got an extension without asking for one (still refusing to comply), five Senators request for all 50 states to be exempt from hassle, while Chertoff insists it is Congress that established the deadline (while it had no choice because REAL ID was passed under another bill, without debate). Chertoff is trying to gain compliance, arbitrarily, by compromises, so long as all states eventually comply. Tyranny will enter softly. The big news, and key precedent, that the Feds fear, is that South Carolina may file a lawsuit against them for treating South Carolinians like non-citizens. THIS IS WHAT EVERY STATE SHOULD DO.

POPSTIME Says Americans Don't Care about "Big Brother" Sounds like propaganda to me. People are noticing, they only feel impotent to stop it. They need to get raving mad about it, and fight it now (beginning in the courts and thru law) before it gets embedded. Government usurps more power every day while Americans watch American Idol and entertain themselves to death (even Clipmark trivia), and are becoming like animals in a zoo, where "freedom" is very limited and controlled. Indolence leads to slavery. Only vigilance and zealous action leads to liberty.

POPSMontana Governor to Feds: "Go to Hell" On REAL ID While other governors are cowards and complying this governor is standing up for the Constitution, State's Rights, 4th amendment privacy and challenging what he called the "bluff" of the Federal government with its threats of "special treatment" for citizens whose states are rejecting REAL ID. This is a short, must-listen interview that every American needs to hear.

POPSBiometric Speed Passes Promoted to Ignorant Americans What is being implemented in Iraq under Martial Law is being sold to the public as "voluntary" (for now) here. Will Americans trade their privacy and freedom for convenience? (Answer: the stupid ones will). REAL ID will employ this eventually too. "Membership has its privileges".

POPSBush Claims Feds Can Open Mail w/o Warrant In case you missed it, like many of us did, Bush in a "signing statement" (i.e. Executive fiat legislation) claimed that Feds can open mail ("search and seize") of Americans under the plea of "necessity" without warrant. Amazingly his spokesperson said he was claiming "no new authority" in doing so and that the Constitution authorizes it. (Have they read the 4th amendment:?!) Though dated in January, what is not well published needs to be made known.

POPSFBI Admits Spying on Innocent Americans Using "national intelligence letters" from the so-called USA PATRIOT ACT. You are no longer a free citizen protected by the Constitution, but a criminal or terrorist suspect. Note how "credit reports...phone records...internet traffic" are among things admitted to. Your credit report has your entire financial and life history on it. This is why REAL ID must be resisted entirely, as well as the extra-constitutional Gestapo-patterned Office of Homeland Security. The founders always warned that "necessity" is the tyrant's plea, the usual justification for breaking constitutional restraints on government.

POPSBi-Partisan Opposition in Pennsylvania to REAL ID Seeks to Block Implementation Pennsylvania also, like West Virginia, presently has bi-partisan legislation pending against REAL ID to prevent its implementation. As the article points out this unusual bi-partisan coalition is mirrored at the national level where groups as diverse as the ACLU and American Center for Law and Justice (as well as National Rifle Association) are all finding common ground in the Constitution to defend their rights to privacy and state's rights versus government intrusion. Any governor that does not see the strength and broadness of this movement, or is blind to what the Constitution limits government from doing, will probably find bipartisan opposition to their re-election as well. Note the legislative bills from Pennsylvania are linked in the clip below.

POPSNew Road Cameras Detect Blood & Human Count How Orwellian in the UK! US is next, unless everyone resists and makes State and Federal governments uphold the 4th amendment of the Constitution. Either that or repeat after me, "I love Big Brother".

POPSTell Congress NO on "Protect America Act"; Domestic Spy Powers Cowardly Congress extended the anti-constitutional legislation for 2 weeks before it expires so they can work on a "compromise" with White House to permit domestic surveillance on any Americans who make phone calls, emails, IMs, etc. internationally--without a warrant or probable cause. It is a deceitful provision and is UNNECESSARY in order to protect Americans against the mythical "terrorists" (who have not attacked in over 6 years). THE GOVERNMENT HAS PLENTY OF POWER WITHIN CONSTITUTIONAL RESTRAINTS TO PROTECT AMERICA. Email and write your Senators and Reps NOW and tell them NOT TO EXTEND the Protect America Act and to obey the Constitution like they swore to when taking office! See links in article for how to easily do this.

POPSBush Expands Internet Surveillance This initiative is being framed against foreign internet attacks while the order itself is said to be "classified" in content, and does not restrict on the surface of monitoring Americans internet activity. The last quote is from a U.S. Congressman objecting on grounds equivalent to posse comitatus--i.e. military cannot intervene in domestic affairs involving U.S. citizens. Just more Homeland Tyranny that tramples the 4th amendment. The government is paranoid of its citizens, as most tyrannical governments are.
6
POPSHomeland Security Expanding Big Brother Homeland Tyranny, where everyone is suspect. End of freedom, unless people resist, making use of nothing less than the Constitution and Bill of Rights, through law. This is all contrary to the 4th amendment and presumption of innocence, to electronically "search and seize" every person without a warrant.

POPSNew Procedures During Evacuations This cover story is a front, it has nothing to do with sex offenders, and everything to do with population control. "We'll have procedures and we're not going to advertise what they are," he said. Recall clipmark on "weather warfare", and remember New Orleans.

POPSFirefighters Become Big Brother Spies In order to circumvent obtaining warrants! Sneak and peek part two. This is just another example of the Federalization of local authorities (contrary to 10th amendment state's rights) toward a New Gestapo. Is this "defending freedom" or treating Americans like criminals?

POPS'Big Brother' Watching at School--Live Police Feed Welcome to 1984. Home schooling is definitely better than the government schools, and you will not be treated like a criminal suspect. Also, when security becomes common place it also becomes neglected, something the corporate world knows already with even private security guards. The police cannot watch tv every hour.

POPSSchools Now Requiring Thumb-scans for Lunch Americans are being processed like cattle or merchandise through a checkout stand. Word of advice: REBEL against it. Don't do whatever "Simon Saiz". It's called in psychology "conditioning", in this case the result is food (reward). (It's like the experimental chicken pecking at the colored light until it dispenses food.) The creeping police state and waste of tax payers money. The "terrorism" and "security" merchandisers are pushing this techno-tyranny on your local governments, including schools. Now "convenience" is being used to sell all kinds of biometric passes. Americans are being "trained" (from childhood up) to passively accept all this and labeled "paranoid" if they protest, but they keep expanding it, and none of this is cheap. It's not necessary. It's a waste of taxpayers money. It's a means of control. They want to expand it. Refuse to do anything that collects information on you, particularly your own body.
