Forcing business to become less profitable and less effective, this surely is going to effect the 'free marketplace' in a negative way. But then they're not about 'free markets'--check out the book Freakonomics.

We can't control the weather or the temperature, or rely on climate models that leave out things like the mediaval warming period or solar warming influences.
