They think they're superior and an insult to Mohammed or even a perception that you are insulting them can be met with severe consequences. If a fatwa is issued against a newspaper, what happens? Do all the employees get their heads cut off, or just a visit from a homocide bomber? I've only known of fatwas against individuals, this is new to me.
