We've been watching this scene unfold for quite a while. This group routinely dumped unwanted teen-aged boys in St. George Utah, who end up on the streets (Lost Boys). Some are being taken in by other (straight) Mormon families. Jeffs' group is building a large compound in Texas, which has ruffled the locals there (they fly over it and take surveillance photos).
