The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings). The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33% savings). The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28% savings). The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings). The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% savings). The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings). POPS% of population w/less than 9 years of Education I am surprise by the number in my state , it's sad. By no means does education is cut for everybody for reason unknown to us. IMO they must at least have a high school education . I have seen my people with a high school diploma and become a highly successful citizens of the communities. My guess is finish high school aim for the best at what you like to do, if you failed at least you are still good. As the saying goes you only need to be a step ahead to beat the crowd. I have a small business and I am going to judge you on what you can do and getting along with people then purely on Education alone.
