Looks to be a simple, free, hosted message board solution. I don't know what I'd use it for, but it seems like it could come in handy someday. (Anyone want to start a Clipmarks user forum?)

Insults: Physical Harm
kmcolo
by kmcolo  12-27-2006    57
Maybe this is why so few people participate on the web and why that such a relatively large percent that do insult and attack other participants. It is a stress reaction that kicks up a fight-or-flight response. I try to remember most of those doing the insulting are expressing their own background of verbal abuse and fear. Try to let it slide off your back like water on a duck. That's good karma.

43 Things...what do you really want to do??
gingembre
by gingembre  12-22-2006
Every day I get a whimsical reminder that I have stated a goal on 43 Things, to "stop Canada's seal slaughter!" and asking "How's it going?" I can check in to add any efforts I've made or news I've heard, or to just find out if more people have also chosen this goal and see what they are doing. It's a very motivational site. It's interesting to read about other people's goals (whether you share them or not) and how they are working toward them. You can comment on other people's posts and receive comments on your own posts. Most of the comments I've given or received have been encouraging, which is good for morale. I like the reminders because it is so easy to get distracted from a much desired goal and forget to work on it. Clipping this reminds me that I need to add a few more goals in order to let 43 Things help me stay focused.
