I couldn't much of the instructions, but there are very good, easy to understand, instructions to go with the pictures and few words I was able to clip. This is an absolutely WONDERFUL tutorial on bookmaking with signatures and hardbound, I have seen yet! Anyone can make their own book following these instructions!

Collage...interrupted Thoughts on Creativity
franstuff
by franstuff  12-12-2008
I LOVE this website! I have posted another page from her website on Art Journals. I clipped the pictures, and a few words, obviously I couldn't clip them all, and still have you be able to see it. I realize that sometimes creative people are just scattered, like I am. I also realize that every piece I make does NOT have to be "perfect" or mean anything at all to anyone but me. Collage is another way to express myself, journal, let feelings out....art therapy.

Art Journal Tutorial Cool & Easy
franstuff
by franstuff  12-12-2008
I really like this website! She loves to make Art out of Junk...thus the name ArtJunk. I love art journals, and I love the idea of just using a plain old comp book. I have also been working on one of these using an unreadable book. Use what you have, re-use something, recycle...don't buy anything!! Save money and the environment at the same time!

GREAT Basic Metal-smithing Jewelry Book

by franstuff  6-17-2008
I just found this book on Google's book site, while looking for information on riveting in jewelrymaking. You can preview quite a lot of the book on the site, and it looks to be WELL WORTH buying! The directions are very clear and complete, plus written in terms a beginner can understand. PLUS there are step by step photographs! GREAT ones! This book is definately going on my wish list!
