This guy needs is diplomatic immunity revoked, and then we need to charge him with everything we can. POPSWalmart Fires Florida Greeter; Why The Reacton? Bauman should have known better. His "gross misconduct" was that he "followed the man to get his license number". Walmart associates are not allowed to step outside of the store beyond the concrete and onto the asphalt of the parking lot. Too many associates got hurt before the change in policy following shoplifters onto the parking lot as he did. This is why the policy is not as it is now.
