In my teenage years, my mother was diagnosed with diabetes. It was my first but intimate encounter with an illness serious enough to grab my attention. I realised how fragile human life can be.

I got interested in weight loss when I realized overweight is a predisposition to diabetes - a disease I was familiar with since young.

And it didn’t take long for me to know that overweight has far wider implication than just losing physical appeal and attractiveness. The list of serious diseases linking to overweight shocked her - from hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia (increased cholesterol level), gout, cancer, and development of osteoarthritis of the weight-bearing joints and increasing risk to gallbladder disease.

That was the start of my long relationship with weight loss and natural weight loss solutions.

I want to share what I know about natural weight loss and detox, so that I can help others lose weight safely and naturally.

There are many weight loss products on the market, and weight loss pills is one of the popular choices by many to lose weight fast. Yet I realise that most of what's available in the market didn't provide enough information for common folks to make informed decision. I'm not comfortable with that.

In 2003, at least 15 women (including an actress) got into serious health problem after taking the weight loss pills, manufactured by a Guangdong-based company. One woman died of liver failure due to this weight loss pills.

With Clipmarks, I want to turn the dreams of many who wanted to lose weight, but can't into a reality.
