POPS Tokyo cheap hotel - New Koyo

I stumbled upon this video and I was almost sure I knew that building. I clicked ... and ... SHAITE! I stayed in that hotel twice :) Yeah it's cheap but I like it, no curfew, and the people working there are great! It's name is New Koyo Economy Hotel :)
