POPSTangler features Comprehensive feature set judging by the bulletins for Particls (www.particls.com).

POPSFURL features Tried it out, since it's one of the builtin options from Particls (http://www.particls.com/). Can't see the advantage over del.icio.us for this purpose right now.

POPS Gregarius features Open Source, host-it-yourself, LAMP stack. Plugins for detailed customisations, posting to blogs and bookmarks if you choose to go social.
1
POPSAnothr features Feeds to Skype,GTalk and MSN. You actually get a command line interface via IM.

POPSDailyRotation It's sort of mad, but somehow good for a mass overview of all current stories, by using the mouse to sweep over the headlines. Great list of technically-focussed feeds. Other than that, zero features - eg no OPML in/out, you'd have to paste your own feeds in.
0
POPSRojo features A reader, no (obvious) mashup or integration with your own blog. Judging by the posts on Rojo's FeedShare forum, support might be patchy - not sure why that's still up as "Beta".
0
POPSNewsAlloy An online reader service. All looks ok, except when I visited, the Service Stats sidebar reported 9 users online.

POPSBlogup Twiki plugin blog Doesn't look as though there's an API for BlogUp as yet (bit of googling failed to detect more than IRC chats on the subject).

POPSFwiki features Looks worth a spin. A brief encounter with the search engine was slightly underwhelming though.
0
POPSBlogbridge features For non-commercial use, Feed Library is available free and open source. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions from $0 to $150 per month. $995 per server per year to host it yourself.

POPSmashable.com's RSS tools review Excellent central resource for the links. Some pretty bland feature descriptions meant lots of subsequent tab-opening. I sort of expected some star reviews and lots of crowd intelligence from mashable.com ;-)

POPSCentiare's semantic tags, but not your own. An application of Semantic MediaWiki. Having to "consult first with Snerfling" in order to add your own semantic relations might seem to limit the appeal and scalability of this service across various domains of expertise. A clearer suggestions mechanism, or the ability to define synonyms between semantic terms, would be nice.

POPSSemantic MediaWiki Semantic MediaWiki, the mod of MediaWiki allowing data involving "relations" and "attributes" to be inserted as wiki markup.
