POPSHappy Halal Thanksgiving It is amazing the number of people on the left who are defending this. The same people who complain about how chickens are treated by KFC and who have a conniption whenever they see a cross in public are just fine eating food that has it's throat cut and is bled out while being blessed in the name of Allah. And it isn't the fact that they offer Halal turkeys that is bothersome, it is the fact that all their turkeys are Halal and they aren't marked as such.

Noticed a lot of clips with a very liberal slant being created and popped lately by people I have never heard of or interacted with who have me blocked from commenting on their clips. Sounds like some insecure far leftist feels the need to increase the number of clippers with a leftist viewpoint. Guess they couldn't afford a bus load of union members.

POPSYes, Palin was invited to Rolling Thunder Even though this was cleared up before the event, there are those on the left who refuse to let this rumor die, and their cohorts in the media are damn sure not going to do anything that might benefit Palin, even if it is simply retracting a false story.

POPSCoburn out of Gang of Six talks Coburn has insisted for weeks that Social Security reform, including cutting benefits, would have to be part of any Gang of Six deal. But Democrats such as Sen. Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) said they wanted to deal with Social Security reform separately, not as part of a broad deficit-reduction package… So Coburn was willing to compromise on tax increases, but democrats won't give an inch on entitlement reforms. Yet I bet the media will try to portray this as republicans being unwilling to compromise.
