POPSWave and Pay technology coming to London I am a big fan of the cash less Oyster ticket for fares in London - it can disadvantage tourists though. the wave and pay seems interesting - the only bit I don't like is the credit card aspect. I cut mine up 5 years ago.

POPSQuit smoking by text This works best when the coach has an idea of the way someone is quitting is thinking, having given up themselves. With a network there can be both links to a particular guide, and a greater opportunity to find someone they identify with. I hope networking doesn't overwhelm the personal nature of quitting. It is a decision only the smoker can make, and often they need to be reminded by someone they trust.
