It even grants these new governmental authorities authority over the U.S. government and the U.S. Constitution. "Tax the American economy to the extent of 2 percent GDP, to impose a further tax of 2 percent on every financial transaction�.and to close down effectively the economies of the west, transfer your jobs to third world countries � all of that is still in the treaty draft." 700 new organizations that would be crawling all over the world micromanaging the lives of every man, woman and child - making sure that they are adhering to the edicts of the new environmental world laws.
