     I had the wonder opportunity of a tour through the Cairo Zoo with one of the keepers. He was able to get me up close and personal with some animals, that I never expect to ever get up close and personal.

     I was being given a tour through the Cairo Zoo by one of the keepers when he asked me if I had ever held a lion. "Held a Lion" I said in my most stunned manner. I guess he took it as a NO and he flipped this cage with a mother and cub open, grabbed the cub and plunked it into my hands. (all 40kg of Him) I noted the mother was watching me very very closely, so I made soothing sounds and then handed the cub to my wife.
